What's the difference between Level 2 and Level 3?
Level 2 is everything in Level 1 plus managed detection and response, plus email security. Level 3 is everything in Level 2 plus web filtering, cloud backup of each computer, daily backup checks and 15 minutes of support per computer per month, pooled across the office. Level 3 is the one we recommend.
What happens if our office loses power?
A power cut can stop a business that keeps everything on one computer in one building. With KDS cloud services, your email, files and desktops keep running from another connected location, so you can sign in from home or a spare laptop and pick up where you left off. You'll still need a working device and an internet connection.
