You walk in with your coffee and Dana waves you over. Her screen is red. A message says the files on this computer are locked, and the only way to open them is to pay within two days.
The appointment schedule opens from that computer, and the first people arrive at nine. Everyone else is at their desks, and nothing on their screens looks wrong yet.
